The meeting form may ask for your name, mobile number, city, meeting preference, discussion topic, preferred timing and an optional portfolio range. The website prepares this information locally in your browser. It is sent only when you choose to continue through WhatsApp.

Browser-based planning tools

Calculator and Portfolio Category Planner inputs are processed in your browser. The website does not require an investment statement, identity document or bank credential to use these tools. A limited planner summary can be stored temporarily on the device for transfer to the meeting form and is included in a WhatsApp message only with your explicit selection.

How information is used

Information shared through WhatsApp, telephone or email is used to respond to the request, arrange a meeting and provide relevant follow-up. It may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry, client relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Newsletter consent

When newsletter subscriptions are activated, Jainsons will collect the subscriber’s name, email address, optional mobile or city information and explicit consent. A confirmation and unsubscribe mechanism will be used. Existing clients will not be automatically subscribed without consent.

Cookies and analytics

The current website does not use advertising cookies or a marketing analytics platform. If analytics or another data service is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before activation.

External links

The website links to WhatsApp, social platforms, map services, AMFI resources and an external account-opening platform. Those services operate under their own privacy notices and terms.

Security and your choices

Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, complete bank credentials or unnecessary identity documents through a public form or unsolicited message. You may ask what contact information Jainsons holds about your enquiry and request correction or deletion, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.
